Who you are

We are seeking a hands-on Junior Legal Counsel with an energy-positive mindset. You are pursuing or have recently gained a Master’s degree, ideally with specific knowledge in Intellectual Property (IP) law. You thrive on creating structure, solving problems, and keeping things moving. You’re a fast learner, comfortable with online tools and AI systems, and you love bringing order to chaos. 

As a key member of our legal team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth legal operations and providing comprehensive legal support.

  • Master’s degree in Dutch Law, ideally with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP).

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to create structure in a dynamic environment.

  • Work experience (1-3 years) in the legal field is a plus.

  • Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., InView, Legal Intelligence) and legal documentation systems.

  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing case files.

  • Ability to adapt to new tools, including AI systems, and apply them to improve legal processes.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and hands-on mentality.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brands and People teams.
