We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Dublin and help us build one of the best, most innovative banks in the world. This role will have day-to-day responsibility for advising on a wider variety of legal matters relating to Monzo Europeās activities in Ireland and abroad.
This role will report to the European General Counsel & Company Secretary.Ā
In this role, you will work at all levels in the organisation and in close partnership with the EU Risk & Compliance teams, the wider Monzo legal team as well as a diverse set of stakeholders across the business. Youāll lead on a wide range of legal matters with opportunities for growth in role as the business scales in Europe. There'll also be opportunities to get involved in operational resilience, artificial intelligence, competition, and multi market scoping.Ā
No two days are the same in Monzoās Legal team. This is not your typical legal role; so weāre not looking for a typical person. Weāre looking for someone with exceptional technical expertise but is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
