About the Role

As our Legal Counsel ⚖️, you’ll be the go-to partner for everything legal: from contracts and consumer protection to data privacy, IP, and compliance. You’ll work across teams to provide clear, practical advice that keeps us innovative and compliant while supporting our global growth.🌍

Your focus will be on:

• Commercial Contracts → draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (vendors, suppliers, partnerships, SaaS, marketing).
• Consumer Protection & Platform Compliance → ensure compliance with global consumer laws, terms & policies, and platform regulations.
• Data Privacy & Security → advise on GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy frameworks, partnering with teams to implement best practices.
• Intellectual Property & Branding → protect and enforce trademarks/copyrights while supporting brand strategy.
• Corporate Governance → support board governance, corporate structuring, and entity documentation.
• Disputes & Risk Management → handle pre-litigation matters, complaints, and coordinate with external counsel.
  

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong legal background, but also the right mindset to thrive in a fast-growing, international environment 🌍⚡.

• You’re a qualified lawyer with around 2–6 years PQE.
• Ideally, you’ve seen both sides of the table: a top-tier law firm and an in-house role in tech or e-commerce.
• Solid expertise in commercial contracts, consumer protection, and data privacy.
• Comfortable working across both common law and civil law jurisdictions.
• Experienced in handling multi-country compliance and cross-border legal challenges.
• Skilled negotiator and clear communicator ✨.
• Business-minded and pragmatic → you know how to balance legal risks with commercial opportunities.
• A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in fast-paced, remote environments.
• Fully fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Not deal-breakers, but they’d make you stand out even more 💫:

• Some familiarity with online marketplace regulations, payments, loyalty programs, or subscription models.
• Extra languages are always a plus → especially Italian, Spanish, French, or Arabic.
