Legal Counsel - Cambridgeshire with hybrid working
Client
An innovative healthcare technology organisation
Role
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
- Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters including commercial, IP and data protection
- Risk management and protection of IP rights, patents and trademarks
- Wide commercial experience across this growing business, including regular exposure to the board
- 5+ years PQE solicitor with a proven track record in complex commercial agreements and strong knowledge of data protection law
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues in accessible terms
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to keep abreast of relevant legal developments and regulation changes
- Experience in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
