KORRES is looking for a talented Internal Lawyer (In-House Legal Counsel) to join its Legal team.
Requirements - Provide timely and practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards; advise on data protection, consumer law, and competition law issues.
- Manage and coordinate legal disputes, litigation, and claims; liaise with external counsel where required.
- Support corporate secretarial matters, board documentation, and governance requirements.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies, compliance frameworks, and training programs for employees.
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, R&D) to assess legal implications of business strategies and decisions.
Qualifications :
- Law degree and license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years of professional legal experience, with at least part gained in-house (preferably in FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, or related industries).
- Strong expertise in commercial, corporate, and regulatory law.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Solid knowledge of compliance, data protection, and employment law.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and provide business-oriented solutions.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English (written and spoken).
