Head of Legal
Orakl OncologyWe are seeking a Head of Legal to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal to structuring Orakl Oncology’s legal and intellectual property framework, enabling us to scale partnerships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutions.
As Head of Legal, you will:
Protect Orakl’s innovation and business: Centralize and manage Orakl’s intellectual property (IP) strategy and portfolio, including conducting and overseeing Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses, to safeguard and secure the company’s innovations
Contractual drafting and negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with pharmaceutical partners, including partnerships, in-licensing, and out-licensing agreements such as securing collaboration agreements with hospitals
Compliance and Risk Management: Develop and implement legal and compliance frameworks to ensure Orakl adheres to all relevant regulations.
Corporate Governance: Manage corporate legal matters, including board governance, equity-related activities, and investor relations, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
