Mission

• To provide strategic legal oversight that aligns with OMNIC's business objectives, driving innovation while ensuring compliance and risk management.
• To empower the legal department in facilitating sustainable practices and navigating complex regulatory environments.
• To position OMNIC as a leader in ethical business practices within the logistics and retail sectors.

Key Requirements

• Higher legal education.
• 3+ years of experience as Head of Legal in a corporate group.
• Experience in international law and cross-border projects.
• Proven experience in legislative activities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership skills, including communication and staff motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership of the legal department.
• Full coordination and oversight of all legal activities, including:
  • Business structuring and asset protection.
  • Work with non-resident entities.
  • Project work (Due Diligence, contractual work, litigation).
  • Handling criminal cases.
  • Personal legal tasks for the owner.
  • Legislative initiatives and support.
  • Drafting and negotiating investment agreements.
  • Support for foreign economic and business activities (taxation and tax planning in foreign jurisdictions).
  • Income and expense declarations for the company owner.
  • Liaising with and resolving matters with Ukrainian regulatory authorities.
